Comprehensive guidelines for the SMARTSchedule professional workspace and organization-bound subscription model.
Unlimited Subscription & Access Policy
Your SMARTSchedule Unlimited Subscription grants your organization a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for internal operations.
This subscription is intended solely for use within your organization. All users must be employees, contractors, or authorized members of the subscribing entity.
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Sharing access with outside organizations, unrelated departments, or third parties.
- Allowing external agencies or businesses to access your subscription seats.
- Distributing login credentials outside your authorized organization circle.
Controlled Access
Only users added through the SMARTSchedule Authentication Dashboard may log in. We reserve the right to monitor access patterns and login activity to ensure compliance.
Admin Responsibility
Your organization’s administrator is responsible for approving, managing, and securing all user accounts under the organizational license.
General Terms of Service
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Smart Schedule application, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of the provisions set forth in these documents, you may not use the service.
User Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current information and ensure only authorized individuals utilize your seats.
Administrators have explicit permissions to manage team data. You are legally responsible for the actions of the users you manage under your organizational license.
Intellectual Property
The SMARTSchedule name, logo, and all software components are the exclusive property of Bitew Studios Lab. Prohibited actions include reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of the application.
Limitation of Liability
Termination
Conduct that violates these Terms or subscription boundaries may result in immediate suspension or termination of your workspace access without notice.
